Mark Domyahn is President of Pursuance Consulting, a consulting firm focusedon strategic health economics and reimbursement consulting for medical device companies. Mark was most recently Senior Director, Global Healthcare Economics for St. Jude Medical. In that role, Mark helped form healthcare economics and reimbursement activities globally across the entire St. Jude Medical product portfolio. These activities include working collaboratively with various stakeholders to secure adequate reimbursement for multiple technologies, as well as developing economic value propositions for payers, hospitals and physicians.

Mark has served in multiple reimbursement leadership roles in various medical device companies previous to St. Jude Medical, including Zimmer, CardioMEMS, Restore Medical and Medtronic. He has had success at each company in formulating and executing reimbursement and health economic strategies for products, as well as for building the function within these companies. Prior to these roles, Mark spent 10 years in health care consulting, assisting payers, providers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies on various strategic initiatives and projects. He has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Healthcare Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
